password issue

Hi all -- if anyone can help with this I would be so happy. I am trying to
import into Outlook 2003 a mailbox I had used on another PC. There was no
password access required on that PC. However, now that I have copied the
file into the new computer, and try to bring it into Outlook 2003 there, I
get a messsage asking for a password The problem is I have no idea what the
password would be!

Hi Harry,

If you are receiving a prompt for a password after copying the file to a CD, most likely your copy of the file is corrupt. This behavior can occur anytime a .PST file becomes corrupt.

If you have access to the original .PST file, try copying it again.
