Password Issue

This is a question for a friend that has locked herself
out of her computer by setting a password and now windoes
2000 does not recognize it for her to get back in. I am
not quite sure what she did as I was not there. Can the
password be unlocked during the startup somehow???

Use tip 1984 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com to reset the
Administrator password.

Logon as Administrator and set her password.
