Ok - I backed tracked on another computer so I can explain step by step what
I did.

I right clicked on my computer
Clicked on properties
Clicked on Computer Name
Clicked on Network ID

I followed the Network Wizard
I clicked on this computer is for home use & is not part of a business.

I clicked on I would like everyone that uses this computer to log on as
Administrator - I entered & Confirmed a password

Rebooted the computer

Now I can't get back in - states "the username & domain are incorrect -
please enter the right username & password.

If someone could please help me correct my stupid mistake without
reformatting the entire drive.

Thanks again Lisa

you removed the computer from the domain so any domain accounts now won't
work. you must use either the local administrator account or login with a
domain user name like domain\username and the domain password(i think that
should work as long as you are still connected to the lan where the domain
is). you may have to have a domain admin return the machine to the domain
if you want it there or you could create local user accounts.
