Hello,

Our company has outside salespeople, they use only one computer in the
company.
Can I assign password to different folders? So the salesperson require the
password to get in this folder.

i.e.
one Windows 2K server

one Windows XP pro workstation
for this workstation just need one login account for Win 2K server
i.e. user id is aaa and pasword is bbb

for salesperson xxx need password x11 to open x22 folder
for salesperson yyy need password y11 to open y22 folder
for salesperson zzz need password z11 to open z22 folder
and so on...

Thanks

Create one account for each sales person, with a specific
password. You can then apply user-specific permissions
to each folder. If unsure how to do this, click Start / Help /
search tab, type file permissions , click the appropriate
item and read the detailed text.
