Password for pst. files

I am attempting to set up a password for pst. files in outlook so that there
is privacy from others reading email etc.

When I follow the directions and type in a new password it tells me that the
old password is incorrect and will not let me complete.

I don't have an old password.

How can I do this?

Try your question in the microsoft.public.outlook newsgroup. BCM
doesn't change PST behavior.
