Tired of searching in lots of sheets of paper the passwords for some on-
line services I use, I would like to give it an end using a program like I
tried to explain in the subject. May you advice me of such a program,
better a no-install one with a simple, nice interface? Thanks.

Mozilla Firefox isn't small, but it does the job well, and cures a lot
of other headaches too.

The password keepers with the little green symbol are no-install.

I stand corrected. Miles of Tinyapps pointed out that ALL the password
databases on this page are no-install. The + sign shows this. The
green symbol means that the programs don't affect your PC at all - no
registry entries etc.

Thanks to all. I've choosed PaswordSafe, fine and does the job. From
readme.txt: "What makes Password Safe different? Three things: 1.
Simplicity: Password Safe is designed to do one thing, and to do it
well." If all software were made this words in mind ... :-)
Tanks again.

I think only one of them does since OP asked for no-install.
Passwordsafe does fit the bill, the other two - Oubliette and Pins -
both seem to require install.
AFAIK, Pins doesn't require install either ;-)

Yes according to homepage author of Pins offer a no install (zip) in
addition to the setup (exe) he recommends (and I've d/l'ed).

summary list so far, no-install password keepers:

Password safe
<http://sourceforge.net/projects/passwordsafe/>
Pins
<http://www.mirekw.com/winfreeware/pins.html>
Passkeeper
<http://www.passkeeper.com/>
PassPack v1.00

Great idea the "no-install" marker: explain it on every page, not only
in the FAQ one!
