password box pops up for no reason

Everytime I try to connect to nick.com for my son to play games, a box comes
up for a user name and password. I am logged on as administrator and do not
have the content restrict thing enabled at the moment. This does not happen
with any other site so I'm not sure what is going on. My net.password will
not work nor will my computer password work. The only kind of password
nick.com has is for the site for the kids and I tried it just in case but
that doesn't work either. The box is grey with a blue strip towards the top
with a sliver and a gold key on a ring inside it. The very top says connect
to www.ni... and then towards the middle is user name, picture of a profile;
just like the net.password would look lilke but like I said that password
won't work. Someone please help! Who would've thought playing games on nick
would be some complicated!
 
I think I'd get in touch with the service provider.

This is a Nick.com issue. I'm sure they have Help on their site. Look for
Support links.
