password accessed pages

I tried following the steps outlined at:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=301554

When I get to #6, I'm not sure / get lost on "Specify the location" box.
When I click on Publish web, the server box appears for my web user name and
password.

Can you clarify the directions at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=301554

Don't use "Publish", use File | Publish and input the appropriate URL.
