HAVE SETUP THE FORM IN MY WEB ROOT AND IS DIRECTED TO A SUBWEB PAGE WITH
PREMISSIONS. ALSO WHAT TELL THE FORM IT IS OK TO PROCESS. IT ASKS FOR A
USERNAME AND PASSWORD BUT I HAVE NOT TOLD IT ANYWHERE IN THE FORM TO ACCEPT
OR REJECT ANYTHING. I HAVE ONLY SET PERMISSION ON THE SUBWEB. MY SERVER
SUPPORTS UNIX AND FP 2002.

Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:

PLEASE ADVISE. THANKS

Please turn off you CAP lock key

See:

Sorry about the caps. I have developed a forum to post scores and highlights
of games using the discussion forum form. I have hyperlinked the POST in the
header to link to my subweb where the actual post form is located. Even
though I have set permissions on the subwed it does not ask for any password
and just opens the page . Did I set this up correctly or what am I missing?

Have you look at the link I provided and then followed the other link from the page on how to set up
a registration web?

The FP self registration only supports FP created subwebs (not pages) on Unix

You are aware that the password is visible to everyone when they view
source. Hopefully, it's not a page you are not actually concerned about
being secure.
