Passthrough Password Changes, Resolution and Printing

Two quick questions.
1. Has MS fixed the problem with a Changed Password not being passed through to the Remote Desktop Session? (In the old TS if the password field was left blank it would pass through the credentials that were used when loogin onto the machine that then connects to the TS.)....nothing major but having 100 users editing their Remote Desktop Shortcuts every 30 days is a pain....

2. The resolution when connecting to a Remote Desktop Session is poor. I have the settings on the Remote Desktop (Client) set to 16bit but it does not seem to be working (Looks more like 256colors) is this somehow caped or set on the server side. (I looked in RDP Configuration and did not see a setting for resolution)

3. I am having a problem passing through a network printer via Remote Desktop...it passes through LPT printers fine but will not remap the same printer when configured via TCP/IP...(Note: this HP4050 printer is on a different Gateway then the TS but that should not matter..I think)

Thanks......

1. Never heard of local password passing from the client in 2000!!!
Interested in hearing that!
2. 2000 allows 256 colors, 2003 gives you the beautiful rainbow :)
3. read Claudio's paper on printing, there is a copy in the new download
section of mcse2000.com
