As I noticed, no one with similar problems like me (e.g.
Johand) get a response... Why? This is most inconvenient.

These are peer to peer newsgroups not formal tech support. Other users
peruse the groups and if they see a question that they know the answer to or
have some suggestions to toss out, they respond. While most questions are
answered within a day or two, very few are answered immediately.
