Passport photos-How to produce copies?

I wish to produce a page of passport photos and I find it difficult to get
the size right.I usually crop the picture but I have to guess the sizes and
the proportions may not be right. I use Adobe Photo De luxe BE1.1
Is there a programme to do this automatically

Try this online site for creating
passport photos. You can create
a 4x6 page with 6 pictures and
then download it to your computer
and print it as a 4x6 image.
