I can not get my passport to let me email anyone, like a
college instructor who has a link on my college website.
I have tried adding my other email address from earthlink
to see if it would accept that one, but no luck. Please
I need to be able to email for a online course I am
enrolled in.

click start
select control panel (settings-control panel for windows versions other than XP)
Open internet options
open the programs tab
make sure that the selected program for email is correctly set and compatible with the format of the email account you use (HTML or
POP).
