How do I disable this piece of vermin. It effectively blocks me
from being able to communicate in some places on my computer.
What a TYRANT. Help, please. Thx.

While I'll agree with your subject, you can't install it because it is not
on your computer. It installed at the Web site and is their requirement.
To me it's the worst annoyance Microsoft has ever come up with. Also a
major waster of my time.

It does leave a cookie on your machine. Maybe removing that will help. I
don't know.
