pass variables to another form

I created a formA with variable lname,fname,dob . I created a command button
search and look into table have any record with match lname,fname and dob. If
not match I would like to open another formB for dataentry new record with
default value by lname,fname and dob. How can I do that. Please help me.

You can use the OpenArgs parameter of the form object.

On my website (www.rogersaccesslibrary.com) is a small sample database
called "OpenArgs.mdb" which shows how to send multiple values through the
OpenArgs.
