parts of the IE window go missing

hello,
I run a windows 2k machine with IE6 and 512 MB RAM, AMD
2000+. recently the following problem occured:
when I open a new browser window, one or all menu bars are
missing. In some cases, some parts of a menu do not work.
eg. the favorites menu is still there but nothing happens
when i click on it. This happens mostly when more than 5
IE windows are open at the same time.
 
Download IE Addressbar fix from here:

Resets Toolbar, Addressbar positions to defaults. Restores hidden/missing
bars
