Partner cant connect his profile on XP

We both use the same computer but have different
profiles. My profile allows me to connect to verizon DSL
& MSN. His profile keeps coming up with a error report
that we keep sending to Microsoft but we cant connect him
to be onlne. Can someone please help me.

Suggestions:
- Check that the connection for Verizon is configured for "all users" and
not for one user only.
- Compare startup programs in your profile to those of your partner. Using
MSCONFIG, disable any that are different. Then try the connection.
- Check for spyware, adware, etc. using a AdAware or Spybot Search and
Destroy. Update these programs before using them.
