Previously, I changed a partition letter in Partition Manager and now I can
not boot the partition.
Where are the letters, associated to the drives/partitions, located?

Change the boot letter back. Once the letter is used to install Windows XP,
you cannot change it for the boot partition.

I'm sure that helped answer his question. It won't boot to do it?
I'd pop the drive in another computer & go into control panel &
then Administrive tools & then Computer Management.
Then under STORAGE go to DISK MANAGEMENT & make sure you "fix" the right
one.
I suspect you need to NOT give it a letter & then once in your original
computer just install the one drive & let windows give it the letter. (C:\)
Maybe another way is to bootup with a dos disk & REN the drive?
I'm just talking out loud so wait for other coments!

If you understand Partition Manager, if you can boot into, he can change the
drive letter back. That's how he did it the first time.
