partitions

i have partitioned my hard drive and included a small partition for
temporary internet files. i have pointed these files to this partition in
each of the three user on the computer by using the internet options
settings however, when i am logged on to my account (administrator) i can
only see my own temporary internet files in this drive.

i cannot see the entire contents of the drive but only those files which i
have accumulated. how can i make it so that i can see the entire contents of
the drive from my account?

Assuming you have turned on the ability to see all the files in Tools ->
Folder Options -> Views?
