Partition XP Home HD AFTER Install

Best I can tell, it can only be done at installation with
XP Home, and any after installation partitioning with XP
Pro only. Is there something I am missing?

Also, since my XP Home OS came with my computer
manufacturers format disk, how would I access the
partition functionality on it?
 
You may be better off picking up a program like Partition Magic, which is a
fantastic program for creating, destroying, resizing, etc, partitions.
