Partition label vanished

I went to disk management to try to relabel the partition
but the only option I was given was to delete it. The
partition is already formatted and has a lot of info.
Most of my files are here and if I have to delete it I
will have to reinstall windows again.

Use "Rename" in Windows Explorer to change the label of a partition.
