Hi Please Help

A fool (me) this morning accidently unpartioned my working drive with
all my documents on, i try partion magic to recreate c: it did, but not
it can't find any of my files.

Thanks

Hi,

Do not do more fool things. You already have removed all the data and
re-created the partitions. If you will do more things on the same hard disk
then it will impossible to recover your data. If you have unpartitioned your
C Drive then re-creating the same partition will not recover the data, even
it will get more impossible to recover it.

if your data do not mean a lot to you then you are own your way. Otherwise
you can recover the data yourself or ask an engineer. Recovering data by
yourself needs a very good attention and knowledge. First you need another
working computer with a powerful data recovering utility. While recovering
the data you must remember that recover all of your data to some another
partition or another hard disk drive otherwise you may lose everything
forever. There are a lot of data recovering utilities available on internet
the internet. I prefer Stellar Phoenix for both FAT & NTFS partitions. I have
tried it many times and successfully recover all the data even from the lost
partitions.

Recovering data through a hardware professional will cost you a lot.
Download this utility from the internet www.phazeddl.com and install it on
another computer. Attach your hard disk to that computer and you are on your
way.

you should have used partition magic's feature to undelte the partition...
by recreating...you have now lost your chance to recover your data

Greetings,

It is best imho to use partition recovery utility as soon as possible,
avoiding using some other thing to recreate partition table. I suppose
Boot Disk data tools set CD image can help. It contains Active@
Partition Recover - the tool you wish to use in this situation. It
should be able to restore your partition table back. There are other
tools there which you might also find useful.
