partial page loading

On some sites (circuit city web site for example) only
the top part of the page will load while using Internet
Explorer as my browser. If I switch browsers to Netscape
everything is normal on those sites.

I am using Windows XP (Home Edition).

Any ideas out there for fixing this problem?
