Partial Form Load

I have a form that is activated from a switchboard. The form has a 3
subforms. When the form is opened for the first time during a session, the
form does not load completely. Only the subforms and a few of the combo
boxes load, but displays right on top of the switchboard rather than as an
entire form.

Does anyone know what I may have done wrong to cause this, or is my computer
just flaky?

Try compacting and repairing your database, it is possible that the form is
corrupted, if this does not fix it, try importing your database objects into
a new database
