Parser Error Message: Could not load type

Hi All,

I am getting the error msg when loading a web app hosted on IIS that I just
converted to 2005. I had no issues running the app from VS 2005. Is there any
settings that I should be setting on IIS.

I have already assigned the virtual dir to a 2.0 app pool and set the
asp.net version in the virtual dir to be 2.0
