Parental Time Controls for Internet Access

Hi, just trying to figure out if vista has time controls for internet access?
I put on the parental controls, but did not realise that it restricted
access to the whole computer and not just the internet. This would be very
useful, as I don't mind the use of the computer for homework etc. but not the
use of the internet when I am not there. Can anyone help?

Not really what I was looking for - I had already done those things, but the
time restrictions are for the whole computer and not just internet access.
As parents of a teenager it is everyone's nightmare in today's environment to
have your kids use the internet when you are not there!
I would like my daughter to be able to use the computer, but only have
internet access at certain times. Perhaps this software is not available,
but I don't understand why not.
