I am new to XP and Networking.
I am setting up a network in my home.
I want to have the capability to monitor all websites, e-mail, instant messages on my other networked computers from my computer. I also would like to deny all downloads from those computers unless I have given permission for the user to download a file from the internet.

Basically, I want to be nosy in my own network.

I am using a Links router and plan to utilize Nortan's Antivirus.
