We sjust signed up to DSL and I need to get parental control added to our
computer ASAP. How do I do that in Internet Explorer. We are running
Windows XP.

There are many programs on the market. Which one works for you will depend
on the age of your children and their internet habits. Try a google search
for "parental control software" and research the different options. A good
place to do a bit of research is here:

For some requirements, you may find it easier to invest in a
3rd-party solution, such as NetNanny or CyberPatrol.

You need to be aware, however, that *NO* technical or software
solution is fool-proof, and _none_ can ever adequately take the place of
live adult supervision. If you cannot trust your children to
safely/properly use the computer without supervision, you may have to
consider limiting their access to it.
