parent controls for music library?

Is there any way to turn on, enable, or use parent controls for the music
ripped or played back on my MCE PC?

Yes. Using Windows Explorer you can rightclick a specific music file or an
entire music folder/directory and click Sharing and Security>Sharing tab.
In the top section you can set it so you only can access the file/s.

I'm not trying to keep other users from listening to the music. This is a
Media Center PC used in a HTPC system. One user only auto log-in. Just what
the same filters as the video applied to the music.
