parasite removal

there is a lot of parasites in my computer, a program called spyhunter found a butt load of parasites that are unableing my computer to perform tu its fullest, can some one tell me how i can get rid of these
 
i had this problem, and fixed it all up by downloading and using Ad-aware. you can find out how to get this little gem at lavasoft.com
 
download spybot from download.com and run it and see what it can find for
you.

To deal with issues caused by any sort of "adware" and/or
"spyware,"such as Gator, Comet Cursors, Xupiter, Bonzai Buddy, or
KaZaA, and their remnants, that you've deliberately (but without
understanding the consequences) installed, two products that are
quite effective (at finding and removing this type of scumware) are
Ad-Aware from www.lavasoft.de and SpyBot Search & Destroy from
http://security.kolla.de/. Both have free versions. It's even
possible to use SpyBot Search & Destroy to "immunize" your system
against most future intrusions. I use both and generally perform
manual scans every week or so to clean out cookies, etc.
