parasite IE6 window

Since recently every time I use IE6 I have another IE6 window shoing the
following page

How do I stop this happening?

GoDaddy most obnoxious spyware know to man and beast. Try CWShredder also. Use Merlin's not the new one. It gives a false positive but it is innocuous.

Can't this software be detected manually and removed manually?
Also they are associated with a website below - is it possible to make a
complain somewhere to get them stopping installing their stuff without
asking permissions?
