Paranoid VET?

All of a sudden VET keeps popping up with warnings everytime I use my
email client ("The Bat!"). It alleges that all the temp files the
program creates are infected with "HTML.URLSpoof.A".

I've checked all the emails I recieved the day this started, and all
appear to be benign, most don't even have HTML.

Anyone have any ideas as to what could be going on?
