parameter queries with list box??

Is it possible for a query prompt to display a list box
with the acceptable values?

I'm prompting for employee name and would rather have them
select from a list of all employees than type in the name
themselves.

Any ideas?

Nope!

Create a form that displays your combo or listbox, then execute the
query based on clicking a command button on that form.
