parameter Is Incorrect

I keep getting Parameter Is Incorrect messages when going
from one window to the next. Found fix relating to
language which is NOT the problem as these websites are
the same I visit 100 times a week & the error happens
only about 15% of the time - YET AGGRAVATING! PLEASE
HELP! (Using Internet Explorer 6.0)

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.

Sometimes there's a corrupt file in the cache and one must go to Tools |
Internet Options and click Delete Files.
