Parallel Port Access!

Hi all,

I'm having real trouble getting my laptop to allow usermode programs to
access the parallel port. I've tried UserPort, and porttalk22, but no joy. I
can access the lines via debug.exe, so I know it's possible. Does anyone
have any ideas?

If you can access the port using debug, then you probably have
user level access (are you sure you have access via debug?). How
are you trying to access the port besides using debug? I've got a
page below where I use the parallel port with debug.
