paragraphs and word art

Hello! I'm very computer illiterate. Ive just got windows
xp and I cant seem to find a paragraph format that allows
me to have both sides equal (aligned straight down each
side). Is it possible to do this and how?

I also used to be able to find word art on my last
computer. Does this option exist in Windows XP?
 
Maybe your talking about Microsoft Word? This newsgroups is for Windows XP,
