After installing Paperport 11 and starting "paperport" i get always the
following error message:

PaperPort error. Unable to create Paperport Folder pane.

Restart Windows and try again.
If error persists, you may need to reinstall PaperPort.

Reinstall doesn´t solve the problem.

A couple of things come to mind,
1.) Do you have write permission for the Paperport Folders.
2.) Do you have enough space on the hard drive in that partition to create
the folder.
3.) Are you Logged as Administrator?

Answer:
1. Windows xp
Paperport folder has write protection like all the other folders. Can
not change this under properties. I think this is normal with Windows xp
and i can store data into these folders.
2. Yes
3. yes

Thanks
Dieter

Re-reading your error message, it says pane, as in create a window.
Kind of indicates a problem with your copy of PaperPort.

I think you would talk to Nunace Support about Paperport 11.
Is your copy a downloaded (digital) copy? If so try the download again.
