paper weight for ink jet two-side printing

I wanty to print a brochure recto-verso, on both sides, with my Canon
ink jet. What is a good paper weight so that the backside can't shine
through ?

9 or 10 mil paper (250 g/sm) should do the job.
 
I use 28# copy paper for heavy text and small images/graphics. You can get
it most anywhere, Staples has the best.
