You mean in order for your printer to print on paper that size???
Check your printer documentation. Also, go to the File menu in Word, for
example, click page setup, go to the paper tab (I really don't know what tab
because this dialog box is controlled by your printer drivers), if you don't
see 8 1/2 x 7, choose 8 1/2 by 11 and then in the height box, change the 11
to 7.
Not sure if this well become permanent or if you'll have to do this manually
each time you wish to print to that size paper as this sort of thing is
controlled by the printer drivers and those are supplied by the printer
manufacturer.
