Paper size not in list

Can someone tell me how to use Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes > Server Properties > Forms for a new paper size

I followed some instructions I found in this Newsgroup to create a new form using Server Properties but that new form does not show up in the Access > Reports > Page Setup > Page > Paper Size list

I need a page size that is not in the list and the only thing that I can find that works is the User Defined Paper Size which would have to be changed each time I need another page size that is not in the list.

So how does Server Properties figures in to anything. It's as though it exists but doesn't do anything

I also found some VBA code that is supposed to allow for changing paper size but that looks like it came out of some programmer's nightmare

On the surface, it would seem that using the Server Properties would do the job if the form created there would appear in the Paper Size list in Access

Any help will be appreciated

Neil

It all depends on the printer, specifically the printer driver, as to
whether the size you created in Server Properties will show up on your paper
size drop-down list in the Page Setup winbow.

Sometimes you have to change the printer driver to "Generic Text", or
something else, to get the page size you want.
