In Access 97 all my reports would print in A4 but since converting to 2003
they try print in letter, despite all printer settings and page setup
stipulating A4. Anybody else have same problem?

Many thanks Allen
I had checked the printer settings, but the answer was simple - the reports
print directly from a menu, so there is no 'print preview' stage. I since
checked the reports out from the report tab and found several where paper
size had been changed to 'letter'. I suspect a 'gremlin' in a nearby office
has been doing a teach-yourself-Access session. Must be just a coincidence
it happened at the time of upgrade.

Cheers everybody

I don't think its gremlins because teh same thing happened when I upgraded
from 97 to 2003. The report is printed on less than a quarter of A4 & I
can't change it. Originally after the upgrade teh margins were very wide but
I was able to cahnge that but it made no differnce at all. I have tried the
reports on two different machines, the one that has just been upgraded & my
own on which a report with the same settings works OK. Help!
