N neil Sep 28, 2003 #3 sorry if this is too obvious, but this happened to me with a an hp 840c, i had to sit there and pull the paper whilst hitting form feed repeatedly, took me about 20 mins but it all came out in the end. Liek i said sorry if its obvious. Neil
