Paper creasing on HP 5SI...HELP

I have a problem with a HP 5si that trifolds a sheet of paper at about
a rate of 1 to every 300 sheets. I have already replaced the
Registration Assy and installed a maint kit. It is a perfect trifold
right down the center of the sheet and does not jam printer. Please
help....Thanks

Does it happen from all trays (including the MP tray) or just one tray?
Some Laserjets do something similar to this when the tray fails (Yes they can
fail!) but mostly the LJ4/4+/5 series.
I assume the maintenance kit included all pickup/feed rollers and separation
pad.

Thanks Tony for getting back to me.....I am going to try to switch
trays today and see what happens. They really only use the one tray
anyway. The maint kit does include pickup/feed rollers, a transfer
roller, and fuser which I already replaced along with registration
assy. I will post my results with the tray.
