Yes, with the pan/zoom package of special effects from Pixelan.... there's a
link on my Setup > Software page.
It's a commercial package, not a free download, and the effects work great.
Another way to do it would be to create the panned clip in PhotoStory 2 and
import it into your MM2 project..... Again, it's a commercial product, not a
free download.... and it works great.
