Don't forget to block it with your firewall.
(first extract with universal extractor, then separate the
USBVaccine.exe module and the Help.rtf, which are the core of the
defense, fire up your firewall, and voila, vaccinate your
pendrives....)
Why would a security software phone home ?

/agreelicense does away with the phone-home bit, but is a PITA.

Sorry, it does not. It says it does in the docs, but after a
few runs it's phoning home again.
Using
USBVaccine /agreelicense

I might add this is typical of Panda.
