Panasonic NV-GS11 & USB difficulties

Hi, Windows XP Pro's SP2 is installed but WMM2 does not want to recognise my
mini DV Panasonic NV-GS11 through the USB connection. It shows in the
connection tab that it is available but WMM 2 does not see it. What can I do
to download the digital tape to my PC?

The specs for your camera indicate that
it has one "IEEE 1394 (FireWire/i.LINK)".
You may have better results if you use it to
download your video.
