Almost similar to Grant's problem, but in this case there is no Xp driver,
only Win 3.1 . And of course no any output.
Is there any chance to force it working or run printer_goto_Trash.exe?

Thanks for all in advance

Actually XP has a built in printer driver for that printer. It is not plug
an play so you have to pick it from the list of printers. You may be better
off choosing "generic text only" as Windows uses graphics mode with dot
matrix printers and is abysmally slow with very poor results.

My XP has a KX-P1150 in the list. Does this driver not work? If not, you
might try the "Epson Compatible 9 Pin" driver. HTH.

I have no idea who Grant is or what his problem was, but here is
information about that printer from Panasonic's website:

http://panasonic.co.jp/pcc/products/en/printer/winxpcheck.htm

Apparently the drivers are included in the XP operating system. If you
can't get the printer to work, you should probably contact Panasonic
tech support.

Hi malke,

Grant is guy here in this topic adn he posted a problem, almost like this.
Anyway, thanks for your answer. I also checked a different Panasonic site,
but I did not find any link to check compatibility.
Thank you very much again.

The reason I didn't know who Grant was is because you are using the web
interface to use these groups and I am using a real newsreader, which
is the better way. For future postings and to help you get the most out
of this resource, here is information about that:

Since you are using the web interface, you may not realize that this is
really a newsgroup. You will get far more out of this resource if you
learn to use a newsreader. There are many good newsreaders for Windows,
but you can use Outlook Express since you already have it. Here are
some links to information about newsgroups:

Randrew, over and above Malke's good advice, there's an excellent chance
that even if you had been using a newsreader, your message wouldn't have
been intelligible to most of us. This newsgroup gets many hundreds of posts
every day, and none of us can be expected to remember someone else's name or
the details of his problem in another thread that you haven't even quoted.

If you want to refer to someone else's message, the only good way to do it
is to reply to his message (not start a new thread) and quote enough of what
he wrote to put your reply into context.
