pampered chef plus

HI, I installed the other this CD Pampered Chef plus, I went to log on today
and it wouldn't let me, so I tried to reinstall it, and now it comes back and
says Application Error status 404 What does this mean? I have restored my
computer back 7 days, and it still says the same thing.
Can someone help me?
