Palm not syncing Outlook Calender data

New Palm Tungsten E is not syncing Outlook 2002 Calender. Palm says it is a Microsoft problem. I downloaded all patches etc from both sides (MS and Palm). Reloaded software per Palm etc. All Oultloook items sync fine except the calender

Any ideas? Otherwise Palm goes back to the store.
 
Try making sure that you have pocket mirror installed.
Also check to see if in the outlook today there is another
note icon called Pocket Mirror. If not, load pocket
mirror and make sure the conduits are set up properly.

I would re-install office as well, or have you done that?
I have the T|E as well and no problems. You might also
want to check out PocketMirror as a sync tool, rather than
rely on the Palm Outlook conduits.
