Spradogg,

According to information being put out by Palm, the Palm File Transfer
utility and the LifeDrive Manager are not compatible with Vitsa. To transfer
files, Palm suggests you use the Drive Mode feature. For additional
information, see:

That's all I could locate about the issue.
